Tiffany is a graduate of the Academy of Massage Therapy in Jersey City, NJ and certified in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy. Since 2012, she has seen an array of clients ranging in ages from 9 months to 90 years, from pregnant women in their first, second or third trimester to athletes that are injured or preparing for sporting events. She is adept at massage therapy for pain management, relaxation, prenatal massage, and stress management. She has spent countless hours studying, practicing and teaching PNMT in order broaden her understanding of the body’s function and form. Jennifer uses her experience and education to work collaboratively with her clients to help achieve relief from soft-tissue injury and chronic pain. Daniel graduated from The Soma Institute of Clinical Massage in Chicago, in 2020. Before joining BWA, Daniel ran his own private practice (including a year in Mexico). Daniel first came to BWA as a patient as a teenager when he sustained a sports injury. In only a few visits, he experienced the efficacy of massage therapy firsthand and hopes to help others with their injuries. In his practice, Daniel has worked with a wide range of pain and injury conditions, from high-level athletes, to people recovering from accidents or surgeries, to people experiencing pain from sedentary lifestyles. Daniel combines clinical massage and his expertise in yoga (RYT 2014) to provide his patients with individualized care. Shara (Share-ah) is a 2015 graduate of Parkland’s massage therapy program. She enjoys incorporating trigger point work and myofascial release into sessions, prenatal massage, and enjoys helping people with headache, scar tissue, and sinus relief. Shara studies Precision Neuromuscular Therapy to enrich her knowledge and to achieve the most efficient methods of supporting clients and their concerns. Each massage session meets the client where they are, which allows for the exploration of multiple avenues of treatment.

Shara brings with her an education in women’s and gender studies from New Mexico State University and is trained as an advocate for survivors of interpersonal violence through the Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence. She has experience and education in inclusive care for diverse communities, such as BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and neurodiversity. She is a member of the GLMA, which is a national organization that strives to ensure health equity for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. He has since worked at the St. Louis Institute for Rehabilitative and Sports massage in Creve Coeur, MO specializing in myofascial integration.
